I – IEEE Submission
The final papers that will be submitted to IEEE Xplore must comply with the IEEE guidelines. As a result, papers must:
be written in English;
have a maximum of 6 pages and follow the IEEE template available at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html;
be presented at the conference;
sign and submit the Copyright form to IEEE;
The final version of the paper to be submitted in the system must be checked by IEEE PDF eXpress.
The papers that do not comply with all the above-mentioned instructions WILL NOT be published in IEEE Xplore.
It is mandatory that at least one of the authors has a Professional Registration to have the paper published in the conference proceedings. Each professional registration grants the publishing of up to 3 papers in which the registrant is an author or co-author. For each additional paper a Publication Fee of R$50,00 must be paid. The registration must be paid until October 30.

IEEE PDF eXpress and Copy Right Requirements:
Copyright transfer: Authors must submit the final version of their paper with the modifications requested by the reviewers. After uploading the final version checked by IEEE PDF eXpress, go to the submission system and access the “sign IEEE copyright,” button, which will take you to IEEE eCF site for copyright transfer to IEEE. Do not add any copyright notice in the bottom margin of your first page. The correct copyright notice will be added by the post-production team.
If your IEEE Template is containing a copyright notice in the bottom margin, remove it before you create a PDF. The margin should be kept empty such that the requested copyright notice can be added during the post-production.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account:
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login)
First-time users should follow these instructions:
1. Select the New Users
2. Enter the following:
• 54972X for the Conference ID
• your email address
• a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

II – Manancial Submission
